- How long does onboarding take?
- Most teams are live within two weeks. We start with a portfolio backfill, then wire the Trust API into your underwriting or onboarding flow.
- Are you SOC 2 compliant?
- Yes. SOC 2 Type II is part of the Enterprise tier, along with SSO/SCIM, audit logs, and customer-managed encryption keys.
- Where is data hosted?
- US and EU regions are available today. Customer-specific data residency is available on Enterprise.
- What are the API limits?
- Community Search is rate-limited per user. Enterprise customers get dedicated quotas, plus burst capacity for batch-portfolio scoring.
